Constantinos Frydakis is the Managing Partner of ConFryd Business Consultants. With over 26 years of leadership and management experience across the Financial Services, Information Technology, and Consulting sectors, he has held prominent roles in organizations ranging from universal banks and Big Tech to fintech and strategic advisory. A “hybrid” leader, Constantinos combines extensive board tenure, deep technology expertise, and a strong track record of formulating and executing transformative strategies. He specializes in greenfield projects and business venture setups, and has advised the leadership teams of corporate and retail banks, utilities, major retailers, marketplaces, card schemes, and fintech firms.
Concurrently, he serves as the Managing Partner of Delivery Hero Payments S.A., a licensed payment institution based in Greece. In this role, he enables digital payment and merchant settlement operations for Delivery Hero’s EU marketplace platforms, including leading brands like eFood, Foody, and Foodora.
Prior to his current roles, he served as Chief Retail & Digital Banking Officer (General Manager) for Crediabank (formerly Attica Bank); Chairman and CEO of Tora Wallet (a licensed eMoney institution) and Tora Direct, both full subsidiaries of the OPAP Group; and Director of Cards & Payments at Piraeus Bank. Before entering the financial sector, he held senior positions at multinational and Greek IT companies, including Microsoft, Intellisolutions, and Information Dynamics.
Constantinos has served long-term engagements in several industry bodies, including the Hellenic Bank Association, the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology and Communications Enterprises, the Greek eCommerce Association, the Greek Visa Board, and the Hellenic Association of Acquirers. A seasoned speaker and panel moderator, he frequently addresses local and international industry conferences on topics within his expertise.
He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business (UK) and a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece. He is married and the proud father of three.
