In his most recent corporate role, he served as Chief Retail & Digital Banking Officer (General Manager) for Attica Bank, where he managed the retail business, including the branch network, retail products portfolio, digital channels, digital transformation initiatives, bank-wide marketing, and bancassurance.

Prior to this, he was the Chairman and CEO of Tora Wallet, a licensed eMoney institution and a full subsidiary of OPAP Group, a publicly listed gaming group in Greece renowned in its industry worldwide. During his tenure, he led the company from establishment to obtaining a license from the Greek Central Bank and certifying over 3,000 OPAP stores as Tora points of service, creating the largest financial services network in Greece. Concurrently, he served as CEO of Tora Direct, another OPAP subsidiary, overseeing the distribution of electronic products, including prepaid mobile top-ups and stored-value products, through a vast retail network across Greece.

Earlier in his career, Constantinos was Director of Cards & Payments at Piraeus Bank, where he was responsible for card acquiring, payments across all channels, and the eBusiness and eGovernment units. Under his leadership, the bank achieved market-leading positions in payments and card acquiring, delivering exceptional growth and revenue. He also established the first Customer Experience Unit in Greek banking, driving numerous projects and implementing the bank’s customer-centric dashboard application used by over 10,000 users.

Before entering the financial sector, he held senior roles in multinational and Greek IT companies, including Microsoft, Intellisolutions, and Information Dynamics (Siebel’s Greek distributor). These roles honed his skills in strategy formulation, team leadership, product innovation, and enterprise technology sales.

Constantinos has been a lecturer and adjunct professor for many years in the areas of MIS, eBusiness and electronic payments, while he has served long-term engagements in several bodies like the Hellenic Bank Association, the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology and Communications Enterprises and the Greek eCommerce Association. A seasoned speaker and panelist, he frequently addresses local and international industry conferences on topics within his expertise.

He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business (UK) and a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece. He is married and the proud father of three.
